Coaching is a highly effective development method, as it focuses purely on the individual’s specific needs. Where barriers to effective performance are personal or deep rooted, it’s generally preferable to work 1:1 rather than in a group workshop setting.
Corporate coaching can be arranged for employees at all levels. Sessions typically last 1½ – 2 hours, and common development themes include building confidence, public speaking, developing emotional intelligence, improving leadership style, establishing good working relationships and improving performance/results. Other themes can also be helped through coaching, and psychometric assessments and 360° surveys can be included where they will be helpful.
